Man, I gotta get me some lullabies

So, Julian melted down. No Karen, so I got him a bottle, got him a bath, and put him to bed. I read him a book or two (Goodnight Moon and Pajama Time!), but after a while, I needed to not read. So, I started to sing. But, er, I haven't known any lullabies for a few decades. So, tonight's songlist (program this into your iPods, kids):

St. Judy's Comet, Paul Simon
Friend of the Devil, the Grateful Dead
Lawyers, Guns, and Money, Warren Zevon
Yesterday and We Can Work It Out, by the Beatles. If he hadn't started snoring, then, I would have sung Signs by the Five Man Electrical Band (the acoustic version by Tesla, for the curious).

So, any other suggestions for songs that I should memorize on the way back and forth to work?

Elmo ain't happening!

For the moment, he doesn't watch TV, and I'm not going to encourage him to, since he's otherwise willing and able to find ways to entertain himself. We need to get a little radio/CD player for his room so that we can play some music for him when we want to put him down. But we don't have a TV upstairs, and our basement isn't even close to baby-proof. Sigh.
