I have been edumacated

Karen asking me about a toque, of the chef's variety, led me to discover the Wikipedia article about the Swedish Chef, as he is who they feature wearing a chef's toque. This, of course, led me to the knowledge (of which I'm sure many of you were already aware) that you can search Google through a Swedish Chef interface, among a world of other knowledge.

This is, of course, only mildly related to the concept that winter is coming and that I need to buy me a tuque, especially so that I can sing the holiday songs of Bob and Doug McKenzie. My current winter hat is too jingly.

Swedish chefs and Swedish language!

Ah. The link to the Swedish chef led me to a link to the Swedish language.

That was good, now I know what kind of gibberish I actually speak!

Min svävare är full av ålar, as one could say about it! :-D

Btw, new mailadress now... zatapathique(at)telia.com - a small prize awarded if you can find out where I stole it! ;)

Oh! New snailmail-address as well:

I am actually feeling MUCH better but have a lingering hacking cough which is more annoying than anything, except when I'm trying to sleep or hide it (i.e. in professional settings)

I hope you feel better soon, too. I felt better first thing this morning. Then I must have been turned into Wile E. Coyote, because the Road Runner ran me over with a truck. Bleargh.
