...but on discovering that Irregular Webcomic is over, in addition to the knowledge I already had that Narbonic is closing down, makes my morning especially bitter. Yes, there are other webcomics I will undoubtedly add to my routine and will keep me smiling first thing in the morning, but it's sort of like losing Peanuts or the Far Side or Calvin and Hobbes. It's a bitter pill. Bleargh.

The fact that it's a fast day today is not especially fun, either. The heck with consciousness; I'm going back to bed.

You're welcome. Most of the time Haley's coded dialog is obvious and/or unimportant, but sometimes it's humorous and/or significant. Off the top of my head I can recall two incidents - when they were being tried by the supposedly senile paladin king of Azure City and his kitty, Haley immediately realized that something was wrong and tried to tell Greenhilt that the king was not as stupid as he appeared to be; and when Haley went to dinner with Elan (the real one) and tried to confess to him in order to get her power of speech back, she tried telling him every secret she had (including the one about her father, her latent bisexuality, etc.)
