Goin' back on the diet

3 months until the wedding.
According to the height-weight charts, I'm about 100lbs overweight.
I don't believe the charts, but I can believe my doctor. Thus I started exercising.
I lost 30lbs on Atkins before. So, I restarted yesterday.

Good luck! (That's the "all protein all the time" diet, right? Hope you've budgetted for that much kosher meat. :-) )

Meat and cheese and fish and soy and a scattering of vegetables. So far, so good. I've already lost some weight...good investment, IMHO.

Some vegetables? Which ones? That's the primary factor that was keeping me away; I love veggies, especially salads. I already don't eat much bread and pasta and stuff like that.
