Followup (mostly for my own edification)

Yesterday, my blood pressure was elevated. I'd exercised before getting tested, and since it was elevated more than I liked, I took another 25mg of atenolol. I came in today in time to get my bp tested only once meaningfully, and my bp was 120/80. Normal. *shrugs* I didn't take any extra atenolol tonight, and we'll see how it is in the morning and afternoon.

I went to the gym Sunday & Monday. I will go Thursday, and I should be able to go Friday morning.

I completed two large segments of the AZO Newsletter tonight. I have some more to do...hoping to get it out on Friday and hoping that that hope is not unrealistic. Having the darn minutes sure helped...it was about time Bruce sent 'em.

The storage unit is about 1/3rd full. I have comix to put in yet, and a few other things from my office. The walk-in closet in the kitchen still needs to be more fully emptied, and then I believe the discretion on the rest lies with Karen. Pesach is in two weeks, so that's how long we have left for spring cleaning.

I haven't called CVS back yet. Perhaps tomorrow.
Due to my elevated blood pressure, I haven't donated yet. I'll try again next week, after I report my findings to my doctor.
Everything worked out well with the car loan payment. Only $12,100 to go! Woo hoo!

The central pharmacy reorg worked fine. There's still more to do, and it'll get done before the week is out. *shrugs*

Pipsqueak still needs a vet visit.

We still need to finish with the shelves in the dining room so we can sort out a cabinet to allow more space for kitchen supplies.

Other things left over to do: getting a tuneup for my bicycle, new blinds for the downstairs, and new carpet for the downstairs.

Stuff needs to be picked up from and dropped off to the cleaners. Perhaps tomorrow.

And, for the most part, Karen seems to keep improving. Yaay!

You still have comics and your big blue box to put in there, which leaves how much space? The walk-in closet in the kitchen is virtually free of things which can go. The boxes that you're seeing stacked up in there are almost all our new dairy dishes which will be taken out in time for Pesach. Eventually, what will happen is that the glass dishes will go away and come out only for Pesach.

And...ACK! Two weeks!! Fer cryin' out loud! We're running out of TIME!!

I put the big blue box in there yesterday.

Re:
You rock (about the big blue box, I mean). Well, actually, you're pretty cool even without the big blue box.

I'm not sure I have any choice but to panic!! The kitchen isn't even STARTED. The house is a wreck. I haven't thought about what food we're going to need. ACK.

Re:
My wife, Bill the Cat.

The big blue box was a PITA. But it's moved, so that's good. We'll get things done, no worries. I can do some of it if you want, but you need to let me know how you want it done this year. Of course, we can always just not leave Ian & Alida's when Shabbat is over...

Re:
You went, "Ack!" That's a Bill the Cat-ism.

I also put the George Foreman Rotisserie away. When you consider that, now it should make sense why the unit is 1/3rd full.

Re:
oh. I didn't know ACK was a bill the cat-ism.

Yay. The rotisserie is gone! yes, it now makes sense why it's 1/3 (no need for the "rd" there, hon) full. I think we'll be fine on space and may even be able to put one of the pieces of furniture in there that I wanted to put away.

Re:
Yep. We just need to get the boxes in there first, and I may have to rearrange it once or twice to make certain that things are distributed appropriately to put furniture in, or to make certain that boxes of fragile items are on top or not supporting very much weight. But you knew that.

Plague victim: "I'm not dead yet!"
Peasant: "Shut up, you're not fooling anyone."
PV: "I think I'll go for a walk!"
P: "You'll be stone dead in a moment."
PV: "I feel happy! I feel happy!" *thud*
P: (to body collector) "Thanks so much."
BC: "That'll be ninepence."
P: "There you go. See you Thursday."

:)

Any opportunity to quote Monty Python is a good one.

Re: Oh sure...
Two pence won't get you very far. You need at least nine. :)
